Horrible service online & instore, Rather use dischem

I bought items online, and have the convenience of receiving on my doorstep. Clicks made an error with my order and I’m told to go look for the stores that have the items to replace them. This is not the first time I have a problem with clicks online, they continue messing things up and making it the customers responsibility to fix their mess. Not going to mention how I’m the past week I bought an air cooler and it leaked everywhere on my desk with my electronics.
