Horrible Service!!!! No respect for their clients!!

<p>Last week Thursday I purchased a blender online. They said it would take 1-3 working days. I still haven't received it! I have been sending messages to their company's FB account, and I was told many times that the messages have been relayed to the customer service and that someone will get back to me, up until now I have not received a call from Clicks! When I called them yesterday I was told that I have to call the courier company myself, and I have no business with their courier company, my business is with Clicks, they should be the one tracking the delivery and getting back to me with feedback, as I am their client and not Fedix's client! Because no one was willing to assist me at Clicks I eventually called the courier company myself, I spoke to a guy named Stephan, he told me that they are short of drivers and that my parcel will be sent to me the following day, which is today, IF they get a driver to do so!!! What the hell is that?! Mind you, still no word from Clicks. I called the courier company again this morning and I was told I would get my parcel just after 12pm, still nothing. I called the courier company AGAIN this afternoon and was told that it was sent out and I should be receiving it today. It's almost close of business now, the company closes at 4pm and I still haven't received it. I spoke to Chanel at Fedix who promised to track the driver and call me back to advise where the driver it, still nothing. I am so ****ed off to the max and have had it with Clicks. I cannot believe the service that I received from them. I am disgusted!!!!! I want my blender delivered to me today, if not someone must tell me how I can cancel this stupid order. I am NEVER buying anything EVER again from this stupi company. I am extremely dissapointed!!!!!</p>
