Horrible service from till operator

I continously get the most horrible service from one of the till operators. She has bad attitude, never greets, throws change at you....today, I went in there, picked up a couple of items, when I got to the till queue she had been assisting someone and had just finished. No next please, nothing, i walked up to her put my goodies on the counter and she just looked at me without ringing the items. We just starred at each other for a good 15 seconds until I asked her if she was waiting for something. She responds, with bad attitude "I am waiting for the card!" I asked her which card, for payment? she says "Dont you have a Click"s card?"

I respond sorry I do I ddnt know which one you want. she rings up my sale, i askher do you have a small plastic. she doesnt respond but just bends over to get one. I hand her the money, she hands me the change and I THANK HER, again no response from her.

The must be the most untrained till operator as this is not the first time I have encountered this terrible service from her. She did not have a name badge on but is light skinned, with cornrows on her hair and a tattoo on her left hand.

Please send her for training. I feel eery going into Clicks in Cradlestone mall!!
