HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM CLICKS QUAGGA IN PRETORIA WEST

I just received a horrible service from Clicks Quagga mall in Pretoria West. I went to fetch my prescribed medication which I repeat and was served by Onthatile Moagi damn she has an attitude that girl. Firstly she does not explain correctly how the prescription read and secondly she gives medication which I should only receive after 14 days. I even told her she was rude and she didn't even apologize but gave a sarcastic smile and look. This is so annoying to think I will be going back to the pharmacy as I should repeat this medication. I am not even sure if she's going to reverse the medication that she had already processed which I should only receive in 14 days. May the manager look into this, we are paying for services and should be treated with respect. I am really annoyed as this is my health.
