Horrible service from clicks pharmacy

I went to the queensburgh store on Friday 07/08 to purchas a first aid kit. On the shelve it was marked R99. 99 but at the till they charged me R349. 99 I have a photo of the shelve as proof of the price. I then lodged a complaint with their call center while in store and was given a ref nr ***8. On Monday I received an email stating that senior management would get back to me in 3 days. I'm still waiting and it's Friday 14/08 please assist
