Horrible service from Clicks Maponya

what a terrible way to treat patients at the Clicks clinic. Sister Mpumi at Maponya mall gave my mother attitude and because of her mu child couldn't even get the immunization that he went for. First of all you don't just leave people unattended, shut the door and talk to your friend and not even informing her what's happening and to make matters even worse when my mom and sister came she had a patient and made her patient to search the pram with my child in because she thought they stole a phone that when they called it, it was in her draw they spoke to the stores manager and she was made to apologize and that was it!! I feel that's not good enough I need this to be dealt with its unacceptable. Such an embarrassment for my mom !!!
