HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM CLICKS

I don't even think Clicks deserves 1 star, I am absolutely appalled to see all the negative reviews about Clicks in it's entirety. I've also recently had a bad experience when I purchased goods online. They will not reimburse you in cash if you buy online and through no fault of your own, they are unable to honour your purchase. I eventually just decided to spend the Clicks cashback they offered me instead because they have yet to reply to my complaint online. I still haven't received my products?????? it's been 4 days yet the website states 1-3 days. Never again!
