Horrible service

I’ve been emailing clicks for months and Arlene Adam’s was responding to my email everyday assuring me my query would be resolved but every day it was a false promise. She would say o escalated to IT team, the next day I escalated to management and still the management is just as useless. Now she is not even responding anymore for almost 2 months. I’m so disgusted and disappointed by Clicks customer service honestly. I want to cancel my club cards and never buy there again
