Horrible service

I went to the Clicks at Clearwater mall today and the service was horrible. I wanted to buy the meal deal promo which they always have, i have always bought this deal and never had issues.

Today i took a bottle of water, a chocolate bar and a big packet of snacks. When i got to the cashier, she told me the offer wasn't available on big items. I then asked what she meant because the signage clearly states "buy ANY DRINK, CHOCOLATE BAR AND SNACK". Nowhere does it state that certain sizes are excluded, the only thing excluded is chocolate slabs according to the signage.

The cashier "Thando" then called her manager Daniel Lekomo who was rude and didnt know whether he was coming or going. He was just agreeing to whatever the cashier was saying. I posed the same question to him about the offer which he simply said "well thats what they told us". He was very unbothered and kept walking up and down and talking to other people while i was trying to get a clear explanation. At some some point he said its only the big chips that are excluded then he said its the big drinks, even he didn't have a clear answer.

I do believe that according to the consumer protection act, i should have been given that meal deal promo.
