HORRIBLE SERVICE

I called Clicks Westgate as I purchased pills from them 2days ago just to get clarity on the dosage. Firstly spoke to some guy apparently his name is Kagiso Mothusi firstly he didn't greet like he wanted to help didn't even ask the name of the pills he basically advised on something he had no clue about. How do you advise on pills which you don't even know which ones this is my life we are talking about I asked him why is he not doing his job correctly because I could sense he wasn't pleased with me he said he got irritated by another customer I asked him how that is my problem. You need to give good service all the time regardless of what happens. Turns out this guy doesn't work in pharmacy he just happened to pick up the phone. This guy's attitude really sucks and I hope he gets some sort of training because you will loose a lot of customers because of him. I am just very disappointed.
