Horrible service at Clicks The Zone Rosebank

I had a absolutely terrible experience at Clicks The Zone Rosebank. The pharmacy assistant was rude and dismissive and spoke to me as if I was a deviant child. I left feeling humiliated and angry even though I had done nothing wrong. This is not my first and experience with this particular Clicks and as a person who doesn’t like confrontation it’s taken a lot for me to actually make the decision to complain.

I wish I remembered the name of the staff member but I was so blown away by the sheer rudeness of her that I couldn’t wait to get out of that store.
