Horrible service at Clicks online

Clicks online service is the worst, placed an order of 4 items only received 3 of those items, no communication, it's almost a week now, I am still chasing them for something I paid for,Made several calls and email no help at all, Oscar Theunis who is suppose to resolve my query is always not available and doesn't reply to my emails. No customer service at all.
