Horrible service at Clicks Menlyn Pharmacy

I had the most horrible experience with Clicks Pharmacy at Menlyn Mall. I went to collect my medication yesterday. They told me they can’t give me the medication because my prescription was emailed to me by my doctor and not to them. Because it was too late to reach my doctor. They said I should send an email of my details and have my doctor email my script to them then they will deliver the medication to me. All of that was done before Clicks even opened today. I called them to make them aware of the emails and the guy that was talking to me said he’d call me back after everything was cleared. An hour later, he still didn’t call until I called the pharmacy. He then says I have to come get the medication myself because they have to tell me how to use the medication. This was now different from what the lady said yesterday. He then said I should go to Castle Walk and ask them to call Menlyn so that they can email my script. I get to Castle Walk and there’s no pharmacy there!!! I then had to go back to Menlyn to get my medication and it’s only then that they tell me that my medical aid won’t cover my medication. Since yesterday and even during and after my calls, the pharmacists couldn’t tell me that. I wouldn’t have wasted so much money and time going to Menlyn. The service is horrible!!!!
