HORRIBLE SERVICE AT CLICKS MASINGITA MALL

Clicks Masingita Crossing

I went to Clicks in Masingita Crossing to get prescribed medication. I first emailed my prescription to the pharmacist named Miner after she gave me the email address to send the prescription to. she then took almost 30mins capturing it. After that she went to the back to "print "and get the medication. after a long wait she came back with medication put it on the counter and told me to go to an internet cafe to print because their printers have not been working for 2 weeks. Why make me wait over 30minutes knowing well that I will not be helped at the end? when i asked she laughed and opted to reverse the transaction done on medical aid and for me to get help at another Click which is 40km away because their printer is not working and yet they have it on email for their record.

Attitude was bad and she doesn't seem to understand customer service.
