Horrible service at Clicks mall of Africa

The worst service I have received at Clicks mall of Africa. I went to collect my parcel from Pargo. They gave my parcel to someone else.I waited for about 30 minutes while they were looking for it, what made me angry was when Tidimalo Sekgokolo who was sitting down doing nothing asking her colleague Lindiwe Selepe to assist look for it and Lindiwe made a remark that she won't assist because she is not being paid well. That was annoying considering the fact that I waited for too long. She might have been joking as she ended up assisting but you don't say such things infront of a customer that is being inconvenienced
