Horrible Service at Clicks Kenako Mall

Horrible service I received at Clicks New Brighton Kenako Mall! I ordered Medication via Medxpress. I was called to go pick my prescription medication up. When I got there, they didn't have the medication which was confusing as to why they called me but they don't have the medication. I had to pay for it cash. The pharmacists told me to go and pay while I waited. They didn't give me a barcode or anything and I looked like a fool at the till. Still they had the guts to leave the store and go home without me being helped yet they called me. They told me that I would receive my medication and a call to arrange delivery the following day in the morning which is today. I've been waiting all day. It's not 3:15pm still nothing! I didn't have airtime and asked my brother to call for me. He called and they gave me a lame excuse about loadshedding and that I will receive the medication tomorrow. I never ever thought I'd receive such from any Clicks as I always buy everything at Clicks. Be it toiletry or medication. It's my go to place. I am very very disappointed! It's now two days without my medication and I'm raging! The staff is *********** and do not deserve to be serving the public!
