Horrible service at clicks durban

I went to clicks 409 west street Durban, today 13 May 2023. I had bought earphones from them on the 28 of March 2023 and was told they had 6 months warranty. These headsets called BOUNCE broke in April, I just didn't have time to take them back and I paid R299 for this thing. I spoke to Sihle Khoza who was Sooo rude to me, said it's my negligence I mean I am so so so angry. HOW THE HELL IS IT MY NEGLIGENCE WHEN I STILL HAVE EVERYTHING, FROM THE SLIP TO THE FULL BOX AND EVERYTHING IS STILL THERE. THE EARPHONES WERE JUST WEAK AND THEY BROKE. HE SAID THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO FOR ME... I am so disappointed in clicks and their staff. I wasted R299 and it didn't even last me 4 months .
