Horrible service at Clicks Canal Walk ×2

I was at Clicks Canal Walk last night I was turned away because I could only produce my card number for the purchase, I told the cashier that I have misplaced my card and that I just wanted to make a purchase and won't be using my points for the purchase. The cashier called his manager who told that they cannot assist me without the card😳😳 during the week I paid for my petrol using the card number and made a purchase at Clicks Center Point and it was never an issue, even in the past at other Clicks stores they had no issues but Canal Walk Clicks and that lady manager have an issues because it's not the first time I encounter the same attitude at that store. I have made a vow never to set foot at Clicks Canal Walk ever again. I had to make the purchase at Dischem excellent service even without the loyalty card you have 30 days to claim your points.
