Horrible service and disrespectful supervisor

I went to shop at clicks at Clearwater mall in Johannesburg and the behavior of the staff name Daniel Musumezi was so horrible. Clicks was was running a promotion of buy 3 & pay for 2 on any oh so heavenly products. When I was at the Till to pay the promotion did not break and the cashier called Daniel for authorization and check promotion error, he said to the cashier in African language ' ga ke checke sepe nna nako yaka e chaile ga ke sa durable checking'. I was shocked but kept quite. After 3 ro 5 minutes he came and said to the cashier that I must take same brand and he scanned 1 and it break. I said then said to him the cashier that the promotion said that products or the other 1, before I can finish talking he walked away and left me there with the cashier. I then asked him why he leaves me while I am still talking as if I am stupid while he is the 1 who behaves like a stupid by leaving while I'm still explaining the confusion of the promotion. The then shouted at me and said he still busy with the other customer. I asked him why walked away, the least he could've done was to apologize and excuse himself and tell me that he will come back to me when he is done with his customer than leave me hanging like I'm stupid while he is the one is behaving like 1. After that the cashier restated the transaction again and it did not break the promotion. When the cashier asked him for authorization he refused to come authorize and said I called him stupid and the cashier next to the other 1 called me to come pay at her Till still promotion did not break he still refused to authorize and now 2 poor cashies became frustrated while Daniel was walking up and down like he owns the place and telling that he is not going to authorize that's when I couldn't take it and went to management office and the lady on the sales floor directed me. I spoke to the lady named Sphiwe, I asked her about the above the promotion and she explained to me that it does not break she had to authorize and she did. I left the store on my way out my daughter told me that when I went and ask for management help, Daniel said I quote ' she got frusted by her man now" before he could finish what he was saying my daughter said to him he cannot allow him to disrespect me like that, that's when he stopped talking. When I show Siphiwe what I was talking about he wanted to explain and I asked not to say anything because he refused to help me. Now I need Daniel to tell me who is my men that frustrated me and how does my personal life got to do with his disgusted behavior. Management of Clicks Clearwater I need Daniel to tell where I stay, did I invite him to my bedroom ro come and be the judge of my relationship so that he can come and tell people how I have suffered, please this needs your urgent attention
