Horrible service

The staff at the dispensary is excellent, helpful and very friendly. The problem started when I got to the till point. I had a 2 basket trolley which was full. Just before paying I took 2 x 18 packs ot toilet roll. Obviously I had to get a bigger trolley, which the cashier was kind enough to request for me. Immediately after paying, I got to the door and the same guy who had just given me the bigger trolley tells me that customets aren't allowed to take trolleys out of the store. As an alternative I was told that I should take my stuff to the car and bring the trolley back, which I refused to do (me, a pensioner?) My question was, why did you just give me the bigger trolley (2 minutes ago) if you knew that I wasn'tallowed to take it out of the store? Was it because I hadn't paid yet? This means that they will look after customers until they pay, thereafter, true colors come out. The same thing happens at Clicks Jubilee Mall, but when you buy from the suburbs it's a totally different story. Why??? Why can't one or two people be hired to bring the trolleys back, like other stores do, for the convenience of their customers?? Why are we treated like 2nd class citizens??
