Horrible Service

Click Oakfields is absolutely horrible, you are being forced to work with a pharmacy due to medical aid but then receive no assistance from them at all. Rude pharmacists working for them, when you call in they ignore calls, when you do get hold of them they want to send an email to sort the problem out, which they do not do. The dispensary picks up the call and then puts you on hold without even talking to you, after that they drop the call and do not pick up after that at all. Phoning head office does not help as they just give you an email to submit a complaint to. You expect of people to support you but then at the end of the day you refuse to do the work that you get paid for. Ridiculous!! The service received is an absolute joke, i hope the medical aid schemes move away from working with you.
