Horrible service

Clicks has the Kambrook 4l airfryer on sale. I added the item to my cart and due to an error on Clicks server's, I couldn't get to the checkout page. I called customer care and they advertised that I can get the item at the very same price in store and the lady advised me that it's at the same sale price in store.

I put in leave at work and drove to store only to be told that the item is not on sale.

I'm extremely disappointed! I have been a loyal customer to Clicks and to get service like this is pathetic. Clicks literally costed me money without any satisfaction!!!
