Horrible Service

I visited the clicks at Mall at reds. I spoke with Thomas the manager and an assistant. I have taken a picture of incorrect merchandising. The 3kg Ariel is merchandised with 2 tickets of R59.99. One was removed by the cashier. The manager says a customer misplaced the item and refused to assist. Coming from a background of merchandising and store management. The picture I have taken clearly indicates that there is an entire row of 3kg arial washing powder with the incorrect pricing. This can not be the fault of a customer. There are people designated to each section of your store and should be responsible for this. Yourls management needs to understand that customers are shopping in a rush with this pandemic we dont have time to match barcodes. Please refund me my money as I will not be liable for mismanagement or incompetence in your stores. I will revert to social media platforms herein. My receipt number is #2892
