HORRIBLE SERVICE

HORRIBLE TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE just called clicks for an appointment with their nurse on sat 24/08/2019 the receiver/receptionist if they have such gave such bad attitude which i did not expect,she tells me they will not offer such service on Saturday 21/04/2019 but they will do the 31/08/2019 I then asked her Why are they NOT OFFERING IT THE COMING ONE,EXPECTING RESPONSE LIKE "NO WE DO IT ONCE IN A WEEKEND MONTHLY/WE TARGET LAST WEEKNDS MONTHLY ETC. BUT NOT INSTEAD I GET AN ANSWER WITH THE ATTITUDE "WHY SHOULD WE OPEN ON THE 24TH" WHAT KIND OF A REPLY IS THAT WHILE AM TRYING TO ESTABLISH THE REASON AS TO WHY THE SERVICE I WANT IS OFFERED ON SELECTED WEEKENDS? WHERE DOES CLICKS GET THEIR STAFF? FROM A SHEBEEN OR WHAT? SUCH A PERSON FOR MALL OF AFRICA NOGAL??? WE MUST HAVE GOOD MANNERS WHETHER WE SEE THE PERSON OR NOT
