Horrible online service by Clicks.

Clicks has the worst online service please do not use it if you know what’s good for you. This is the third time that Clicks has messed up my order and every time it costs me too much in terms of time to get the issues resolved. Their customer service team is not interested in providing solutions they will push a time line to your face and when the timeline is up they tell you that someone will email or call you which never happens. Their service is terrible and indicative of the fact that they don’t care about their clients. It’s been a week now since I attempted to place an online, the payment went through but I never received confirmation of the order. I am now struggling to get my money back with no success. Last time I made an online order and Clicks delivered the goods with missing items. It took me almost three weeks to receive the missing batch but when I finally did the order was still not complete. I eventually had to go in store to get the rest of my order. This conduct is unacceptable and unprofessional and should be looked into. Clicks must start caring about their customers and not treating them badly.
