HORRIBLE ONLINE EXPERIENCE!

On the 28th of November, I received an email and SMS starting that my parcel is ready for collection at Chris Hani Shopping Centre. On the 29th I go there to collect my parcel, 1st I wait there for approximately 25 minutes while they search for my parcel and I was told that they can't find it. I was told that they will call Pargo to find out if they actually dropped the parcel off. I called them today again, mind you it's the 7th of December so Ive been waiting for this whole situation to get resolved for 9 days and I call them again, and still nobody knows where the parcel is. ********** service Clicks, **********! I received an email from Pargo reminding me that I should collect the parcel from Clicks or it will be sent back in 6 days??? Like??? Where exactly must I collect it from cause nobody knows where my parcel is!! My order number is ***.
