Horrible handling of prescriptions. If you can, run!

My pregnant wife has a script that ran with clicks, we only received the collection text for the second batch of the medication once and during that collection my wife was scolded like a kid because we could only collect the script later than the specified date. The Mulaudzi lady further removed my wife from the system that would prepack her prescriptions for her to just collect once the other medication ran out, even though we came with a new script on that visit. Today we went through with the impression that the medicine is prepackaged to collect, to our surprise it isn't. The reason they gave us is that we weren't on the repeat script system and because of that we have to GET A NEW TICKET AND LINE UP AGAIN, mind you this woman is 7 months pregnant! Your Chris Hani crossing branch is as unprofessional as unprofessional is and frankly I wonder why,is it perhaps because of the community that you are serving, are our standards that low? We are now tasked with going back to that branch and going through the prescriptions que as if we are ordering for the first time. I am very disappointed with your service and their lack of professionalism.
