Horrible Experience with Online Shopping

I ordered a couple of things online at Clicks on the 5th of August and today is the 18th of August and I still have not received my package. I am so disappointed because I have called and I was told that they would get back to me (which of cause they didn’t) and I emailed them (got those automated responses). I am so tired at this point, I just want my money back.
