Horrible experience at Clicks Pharmacy

On Sunday 9 April 2017 I went to the Clicks pharmacy in Sandton City. I asked the pharmacist on duty for advice...how much Prospan I can give to a 3 month old baby? She proceeded to tell me that I must check the box. I rep**** that the box gives the same dosage from birth to 5 years, but the package insert says you have to consult a pharmacist or dr if the baby is less that 6 months old. She then took a box and showed me the dosage area. I again rep**** that the package insert differs. Without even checking the package insert or asking me how much my baby weighs she said I must give him 2.5ml three times a day. Luckily I didn't, because when I phoned my Paediatrician on Monday 10 April he said that it would've been very harmful to my baby if I had given him such a big dose and that he is only suppose to get 1ml three times a day. Less than halve of what she said!!!!
If I had listened to the pharmacist my baby could've been hospitalised! I am very upset about a number of things:
1. The fact that she gave me the wrong dosage.
2. She treated me like a complete idiot in front of other customers.
3. That she didn't even bother to check the package insert.

Please give me feedback on how this will be handled. I wouldn't want someone else receive the wrong dosage from your pharmacy and being harmed in any way. Unfortunately I don't know her name, but it was 9:30 on Sunday 9 April in Sandton City and she worked at the prescription counter.
