Horrible customer service representative

Really poor customer service Rep. I requested a order to be cancelled 5 minutes after placing the order - emailing the ***. The order was not shipped or processed. Shahiema Basardien responded, refused my request and referred me back to the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions explicitly account for this. It literally states to email *** in such an event. So after a back and forth with Shahiema, I am closing my account and my family will follow suit. It doesn't help to argue over things such as the CPA legislation. Customer service 0/10.
