Horrible customer service, incorrect pricing

I visited Clicks Harvest Place today to buy body wash. I settled on the Dettol body wash 750ml which was priced at R100 for 2. I took my two products and when i got to the till i was told that the price was incorrect. The cashier went to the isle to confirm the price and she advices that the price was not for the products I chose even though it was placed where my products were placed. A manager by the name Sello Bapela was called and the first thing he says to me is that, unfortunately the people who are assigned to pack are not direct employees of clicks and that there's nothing he can do about it. I asked how that is my problem and he said sometimes customers move products around and that's what could have possibly happened. I requested that we review the camera to prove that i was not lying and he told me that he can't because the manager in charge has knocked off, this was around 2 in the afternoon by the way. I was so disrespected and humiliated as the assumption from Clicks was that I was a ****. I have never felt so degraded.
