Horrible customer service experience
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received from a pharmacy assistant at your Clicks Pharmacy at Alice, Eastern Cape (Kwantu Centre) store. Unfortunately, my encounters with this assistant have been consistently unpleasant, and I feel compelled to bring this to your attention.
From the moment I approached her, I made an effort to greet her warmly and nervously, showing that I came in peace and meant no harm. However, she responded with coldness, her demeanor radiating an air of reluctance, as if she was forced to speak to me against her will. Her body language and tone conveyed a sense of disinterest and annoyance, making me feel unwelcome and unvalued as a customer.
As our interaction progressed, her behavior only worsened. She exuded a "mean girl" energy, and I believe she profiles people, often coming across as undermining and condescending. When I referred to a medication, she corrected me in a manner that was not educational or helpful, but rather sarcastic and belittling. Her tone imp**** that I was ********, and she seemed to take pleasure in "correcting" me.
When I politely pointed out to her that her behavior was rude and condescending, she responded with a smirk and continued with her task without acknowledging my concern or apologizing for her behavior. This lack of accountability and empathy was appalling. Her actions made me feel disrespected and unvalued as a customer.
As a loyal Clicks customer, I expect a higher level of service and respect from your staff. I hope that you will take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that your staff are trained to provide excellent customer service, including essential skills like active listening, empathy, and effective communication.
The anxiety and stress caused by this assistant's behavior have made me hesitant to visit the store. I kindly request that you take steps to address this issue and provide a more positive customer experience for me and other customers.
