Horrible customer service experience
I worked in the gateway mall for more than 10years and I just such in pleasant service from a constant. I was on my lunch break and its was almost over so I rushed to clicks to grab some cosmetic items which I needed it for my trip over a long weekend,so I went on the end tills to buy and I was served by Nokwanda Mkhize,so told of I can pay, and I told her that we usually pay here n I work

Supervisor came and told her that it's fine she can ring my sale,she was busy doing nothing and I ask I the still and issue cause i need to go than again we busy arguing about the story of me pay paying and she eventually told the next consultant to do my sale,and I asked why do I need to go to the person because I need to pay and leave,she told her till is offline,of which I was so cross and angry now because we busy playing unnecessary game when my lunch was over and I told her her till is offline I'm going wait because she was telling me ******* when she knew that was nothing wrong she was just pushing that attitude,and was still insisting that that new for her that we pay just like that,and when I ask her manager she said the is no manager and ask about the lady who came earlier she said I can call again if you with a stinking nasty attitude so told you know what keep the stuff I'm leaving,what's crosses me a lot it's I work in a retail business and I told her that the way I always receive a good customer service its store as always we even call the staff in the line to pay cause you can see if a person is on lunch and such a less time a person has,but because of her my day was completely runned and I did not even get a chance to eat the way I so unappreciated and over looked by a constant,work was trained by customer service artiqiuts.she runned my entire day and my lovely shopping experience
