Horrible customer service at Pavilion clicks branch in KZN

Absolute horrible customer service.

Bought a revlon one step volumizer from Clicks pavillion mall in KZN on the 13 April 2021 as a gift for my sister, the product is not working and has a burning smell when switched on, went to return it at the same branch today ( 19 July 2021), as this product has a 4 year warranty.

Sister had lost the actual receipt, however I had a copy of the payment record which includes the transaction no. And tellers name with other relevant details.

Return department says that their record of the sale was not picking up as their system only stores certain amount of months of information :And there is no alternative way in retrieving the transaction and therefore can not return the product.

The manager was called , speaking to the teller as if I was not there , when standing right infront of her. She too imp**** there is no other way.

I am highly disappointed as I have spent a lot of money on this product and there isn’t any other way I could exchange or get my money back.
