Horrible customer service

I am so angry with the clicks that has opened in Rustenburg mall,the staff there are so disrepectful its not even funny.I went into clicks rustenburg mall yesterday and well there was no one to help at the door with sanitising and stuff,i helped myself with the sanitizer and when i wanted to sanitize the trolly i noticed that the wipe bin was empty (like always)i looked around and noticed a pack of wipes on my far left,went to the pack nd took 1 wipe imediatly a lady by the name of Letlhogonolo came out of nowhere screaming that i shouldn’t touch those wipes as they belong to her and are not for cleaning trollies.i was so shocked and hurt as to why would i be screamed at and embarrased for a lousy wipe ??the reason i used those wipes was because most clicks i have gone to would have a pack of wipes for customers to use when the wipes bin is empty.That woman has no manners for customers at all and has made me hate clicks Rustenburg mall.i would rather travell 20km to waterfall mall for good customer service.and what makes me angry is that its not the first time i get such bad service from that store.The staff at that store has no respect for customers,i wonder if its because the mall is in the township that is why they undermine customers.i wonder if i was a white woman would she have screamed at me like that.
