Horrible customer service

Somehow clicks have managed to link my ID number to another person. The reason i discovered this was due to me attempting to register on their app. When i kept receiving an error, i called them to investigate.Its been weeks of calling, emailing and sending documents to prove that this is indeed my ID number. Two weeks ago i was told it has now been resolved and i should get a new clicks card and they will link it to my profile. To my surprise when i called today, i discovered my id number is still linked to another person. I'm fed up with the poor service and the struggle that resolving this has become!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
