Horrible customer service

with a Very heart to be writing this about the horrible service I got from a gentleman called Bongani Mngomezulu working at clicks in Bloemfontein midestad,.. Long story short went to the pharmacy to get my meds as I am feeling terriblterriblySick and in pain, along the way I saw Condon pack on special unaware of expiring date, him being aware of it he notified me "appreciated" ... Worst and horrible thing he demanded me to do is taking back that pack of ******s back to the shelves where I found it as I wasn't gonna use it due to it being expire. I really failed to understand I stood there for A second thinking he will tell me his tongue slipped... But no he actually meant it.... I mean with the long queue behind me I really wonderd if isit what he was gonna command customers to do everytime they decides on cancelling other items or not..... Lastl his till got stuck "don't know why, a lady comes to assist as she politely asks me to shift to other till to proceed the payments... There he yells at me to telle to take my stuff "take your stuff take your stuff " aggressively..... I don't think I'll rest till I'm told someone took care of bongani's attitude, ama complain about this incident till I really get satisfied with the outcome of this, the manager apologized and gave me a nice packet of chocolate I appreciate, but I'm still not in a good state of how the gentleman treated me.
