Horrible customer care!!!!

Terrible customer service. Still waiting for feedback from a query made 3 weeks ago regarding a promo that launched 20th June 2020.Received a call from the manager at mall of Africa and was promised further feedback. To date. No information received. Promo ended yesterday.
