Horrible clinical services at Clicks Jabulani Mall

I’m so upset. I called Clicks @ Jabulani mall at 16:30 to find out if the nurse in the clinic is there and if I can bring my son in for his vaccinations. The lady (supposed nurse) said she’s available and will be knocking off at 17:00. I got there at 16:45 and there was no one there to assist or show me to the clinic, as there are two doors there I sat at the consultation one first. I asked a passing Pharmacist if the nurse is in, he then showed me the correct door. Also note I knocked at the consulting door and there was no response, I did the same at the clinic door and there was no response. As a matter of fact it was locked the time now is 16:50 I then went to the door and the security pointed me in the direction of another lady at the till… long story short the nurse had locked herself in the clinic until 17:10 possibly hoping I’d give up and go home. She didn’t even bother apologizing for making me wait for nothing, she explained that she had her earphones on and that is the reason why she didn’t hear me knocking on the door. She showed no remorse and asked me to come back the next day as if Petrol doesn’t cost a fortune, as if I don’t have responsibilities.
