Horrible Clinical Services

My Husband and I made a appointment at Clicks Eikestad to visit the Nurse on the 2nd of June 2018. We needed this appointment for our last day to claim our Vitality points on our medical aid plan at Discovery. We contacted the Clicks call center on Friday, 1st of June 2018 and were advise that the only opening for appointments were at the Eikestad Branch. We contacted the Eikestad branch and made the appointment. (This is approx 45 min drive for us). We drove through on Saturday morning for our appointment at 11:00. Upon arriving at the Clicks Eikestad branch, the clinic is closed. They did not contact us to cancel or informed us about the click being closed. Being in the branch the staff were rude and very unhelpful. We will never use this service again and will advise anyone against using their clinical services.
