Horrible Clicks Online service

I am super disappointed in Clicks Online. I made an online order on the 10th of February this month. I received an sms confirmation for my order on that day. 7 days later, no communication from Clicks was received by me. I called Clicks on the 18th of February while I was at the store where I was supposed to pick up my online order as they did not have it. The agent at Clicks told me it was still in process. 8 days later. Today again I called Clicks, the call was cut off. Then I decided to track my order online, only to find that the last capture was on the 11th of February, stating that the courier would pick up the order. Since then, no one has bothered to process my order any further. So I called again to speak to an agent, who put me on hold as she wanted to check what is happening with my order. And while I was holding (using my own airtime to follow up an order I should have received 3 days after purchase), the call was cut AGAIN! I am so upset and cannot understand why this was not at the latest, when I called on Friday, not sorted out. Unfortunately, I don't see myself purchasing anything online again from Clicks. This is supposed to be customer convenience which turned out to be the total opposite.
