When placing an order your card will be charged immediately. You won't even receive an order confirmation email/SMS unless you bombard them with emails about it. Emailing or trying to customer service is a waste of time as it is basically non-existent. Expect to be constantly thrown into 'queues'. Delivery is another hassle as you have to wait 2 weeks for your items to arrive. Ordered some items on the 21st Nov 2020 only to receive it 3rd Dec 2020. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from their online store at all. You much better off buying online from Dischem as their delivery is free and speedy as well if the items you're planning on buying are necessities.
