HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!

1:15pm I ask 1 staff member Clicks, N1 City Mall may I have a seat[outside#booster shot]...taking a seat.. And wait patiently[half an hour] suddenly this dude comes & asked with I have made an appointment... No I said... & so he said unfortunately only bookings!!! 5people were sitting in front of me, nobody sitting behind me&they couldn't help me, today[Monday] was the only day that I had a chance to go for my booster and the couldn't help me?? Highly DISAPPOINTED!!
