Highlands Clicks Contonment av Bad service

My scrips are for 6 months at a time and ended in Nov. Not once have I received a sms that the script is ready as requested. I have been there 3 times to 1 script and Chantelle keeps on telling me that they don't have stock. Going somewhere else this morning they tell me the script expired 2 days ago. Now I have to pay R560 for a Dr to write the script again then Uber because I don't have a car and then pay the R1400 for the Meds. Poor service indeed The lady in charge of the medicine said she"wrote" a note on the system to inform me on the 21ste if my monthly Meds would be available. Yes 6 months later and nothing.
