Her discretion

What I experienced on sunday afternoon at clicks pharmarcy norkem park from anna never seen it before at any cliks pharmarcy,she denied me getting the meds I wanted as her discretion/how she feels abt the<br> P<br> issue she can not give me over the counter meds,and I asked since when is it like this as i've never had a problem getting them and what policies is she using? Her policies or according to how she judged me? She said since she can use her diacretion her final decision is not to sell to me,i can go to other pharmarcy..ontop of the bad treatment she gave me she still went on and discused my medicals with the following client on the quee,shouting the whole shop could hear her screeming how much she can not give me the meds as she is in charge for the day..where as the terms and condition on the meds I wanted still suits for she can give me...but her discretion was the problem..shes got our government hospitaals mentality or surely she started there thats how bad I felt abt her treatment.and she told me shes got rights as a human being also to tell me how she feels...so dissapointed
