Helpful staff

I went to my local self-service laundrette on New Year’s Day, and put a bank note into the machine which converts notes to coins for use in the washing machines. It rejected my bank note. Another client told me it had also happened to him, and he thought the machine was either faulty or had run out of coins, so he went to Clicks and they exchanged a bank note for coins for him, so he advised me to do the same. I did and they helped me out as well.

It was a small thing for them to do, and they didn’t have to do it, they didn’t get any money for doing it, but it saved me a lot of trouble.
