Heart stopping? Service

I send this on behalf of my wonderful 87 year old mum who made numerous attempts (visits and phone calls) in the Dispensery to get her heart medication which will run out today. Today someone at Clicks Direct confirmed medication was delivered at Clicks and 'promised' to resolve the issue but I am erring on the side of caution .... It's 1pm and still not word from Anybody. It is disgraceful that anyone has to go to all this effort to locate their medication ... and especially when it's for their heart! After umpteen visits and calls, surely someone, somewhere can come up with the medication?
