Head office HR deparment ignoring employees

Wonder if you can help. I was an employee of UPD United Pharmaceutical Distributors and devision of New Clicks South Africa. I resigned at UPD on the 15/11/2023 my last day being 29/12/2023. I have submitted the forms that was sent to me and on this form i opted for my provident to be paid out to me. Because i worked for UPD i have to work through their HR to get feedback and updates from clicks headoffice/group HR as they like to call themselves. An i have been following upd for the past month now with absolutely no feedback. I decided to contact Alexander forbes directly to get some feedback and they say that they have not receive a withdrawal notification from anybody. I think this is absolutely rediculous and being such a big company they are extremely disorginised. Ido not know what to do from here what is my rights and where can i go to have this resolved.
