Hate this pharmacy!!

I lost count on how many times I have had terrible service at this pharmacy. Every time I phone in, the phone just rings for minutes with no answer - this happens every time and I phone every month because of medications that needs to be made up. I do not understand how a pharmacy that dispenses medicine has such bad service. either there is no answer, or the person you talk to is so ****** rude and the best of all was, the previous time I was sweared at in a language I don't understand. I think it is totally unacceptable. Do something about your client services as this is TERRIBLE!!!!!!
