I want to take this time to thank Mxolisi for the wonderful service I received from him on the 8th February 2023 at Menlyn Park Mall. I visit this clicks once in a while and I'm quite impressed with the friendliness and patient this young man has. Despite that it was 20 minutes before the store closed I had an issue with my card and had to use my banking app and network is always bad in the store I went outside and he waited patiently Despite that he had to go tidy his section plus he had to go cash up but he waited till I managed to get into my App and managed to make my payment and he continued to be friendly throughout. Please keep it up. I will like to say Clicks stores like Mamelodi Crossing (not all staff but mostly the women can learn alot from him because hey some can be very unfriendly and can't even speak to a person, you even scared to ask about anything because hey.
